Signs
Swelling usually in central portion of breast or under the nipple.

INVESTIGATIONS
Aspiration
Usually produces thick creamy material.
May be tinged green or brown.
Sterile despite these appearances.

MANAGEMENT
Aspirate it.
- this confirms the diagnosis and treats it.
Operation reserved for those that are infected or unable to be
aspirated.
